Insurance Requirements for Specific Supplier Types

Summary: Access links to the UCOP Vendor Matrix and to the related exhibits.

Use the University of California Vendor Matrix (pdf) to determine the appropriate insurance requirements for specific types of suppliers. Any exception to the insurance requirements requires prior approval from Risk Services. Supplier categories not listed in the Vendor Matrix must meet the Standard Insurance Requirements.

UCOP Risk Service provides the matrix that lists UC system-wide insurance requirements alphabetically by type of supplier. The following exhibits, referred to in the matrix, provide general content only and must be customized to meet UCSC's needs:
