Maintain Don't Gain

Program Dates: December 18, 2017 – January 31, 2018

This holiday season, we will help you stay on track! We have teamed up with Kaiser Permanente to bring you Maintain Don’t Gain. This program can help you stay focused on eating healthy and exercising during the holidays so you can keep off the extra pounds! Each week you will receive an email with challenges, tips, and resources to help you maintain your weight. All participants will receive a starter kit that includes a lunch box, memo pad, a pen, and a cookbook!

Those who maintain their weight (no more than a 3-pound gain) during the 7-week program will be entered into a raffle to win a prize. The grand prize is a new mountain bike!
