Maintain Don't Gain

The UC Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge is a systemwide UC Living Well program that is coordinated by the Faculty & Staff Wellness programs at each campus and health system.

An 8-week weight management challenge, join your co-workers and take the challenge to maintain your weight over the holidays!  Participants will receive a weekly email with tips and strategies for adopting and maintaining healthy behaviors, healthy recipes, stress management tools, physical activity suggestions, and encouraging support.  For more infomration please see this link: Maintain Don't Gain Challenge
