Fall 2022 Flu Shot Clinic
Now more than ever, it's important to stop the spread of the flu. The Faculty & Staff Wellness Program in the Office of Risk Services is partnering with Kaiser to provide flu vaccines for faculty and staff that would like to participate. Participants who attend our flu shot clinic will be entered into a raffle to win some amazing prizes donated by Kaiser - including two Fitbits!
Flu shots are limited and offered by appointment on a first come, first serve basis and are free of charge. This flu shot clinic is open to all faculty and staff. You do not need to be a Kaiser member.
When:
Tuesday, September 27th, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and Thursday, September 29th, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Cervantes and Velasquez Room at Bay Tree Conference Center

Registration closes for the Tuesday Clinic on Monday, September 26th at 10:00 AM.
Registration closes for the Thursday Clinic on Wednesday, September 28th at 10:00 AM.

Please note that masks will be required to participate. Please be sure to wear a loose fitting and/or short sleeve shirt, as the vaccination will be given in the upper arm.
