Worldwide Wellness Challenge

Worldwide Wellness Challenge Dates: Wednesday, December 7th to Tuesday, February 28th

The Faculty & Staff Wellness Program is partnering with Kaiser and Worldwide Wellness to bring you a 12-week team-based wellness challenge!

What if you could travel the world without needing a passport, packing a suitcase, or boarding a plane? Well, now you can in Worldwide Wellness! With this virtual trip, you will:

  • Travel around the world, stopping at amazing hot spots as you record health behaviors
  • View postcard-perfect images and bet-you-didn't-know descriptions
  • Build well-being habits that last long after your world-tour is over

Each day you'll visit a new attraction, earning points and pins as you record physical activity as well as two other highlighted wellness activities for this challenge: getting 3 vegetable servings a day and completing one meditation session each day! You'll also answer a fun trivia question, learn about each attraction, and collect badges.

Your goal on this 12-week tour is to aim for 300 points (25+ points/week) by recording physical activity, vegetable servings, and meditation sessions. You'll have opportunities to win bonus points by joining a team and completing the Flourish Friday challenges together.

Sign-ups begin November 30th and end December 16th, so get your teams ready! Teams must be formed by December 16th. Household family members and roommates can also participate and be a part of your team. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. The first 50 people to sign up will be entered into a raffle to win a Fitbit donated by Kaiser. For more information about this program, and to sign up, click here

If you'd like to learn more about how to use the Worldwide Wellness website during the challenge, you can view the recorded Worldwide Wellness Website Walkthrough.

Please note: space is limited for this challenge, and is on a first come, first serve basis.

We will be drawing multiple names from the participant list each week for a variety of prizes, including lunch bags, Fitbits, wellness kits, and more, so be sure to keep logging through the entire challenge! You must log activity each week to be entered into the raffle.
