Suppliers
Suppliers include independent contractors, consultants, vendors, or other service providers providing goods or services under a contract, purchase order or other written agreement with the university.

External Users
External Users include non-university individuals or groups using University facilities, such as support groups, registered student organizations, or commercial tenants.
- Campus venues, for example the Cowell Ranch Hay Barn and the Seymour Marine Discovery Center, and/or Real Estate and Contract Services, work directly with external users to obtain certificates of insurance.

- CampusConnexions can help some non-university individuals or groups (external users) using university facilities or space meet the university's insurance requirements. However, there is no requirement or obligation to obtain insurance through CampusConnexions. Some suppliers are not eligible for CampusConnexions insurance programs.
