Insurance Requirements

The UC systemwide insurance requirements apply to both Suppliers and External Users.

External Users

External Users include non-university individuals or groups using University facilities, such as support groups, registered student organizations, or commercial tenants. Real Estate and Contract Services has additional information about Facility Use Permits.

  • CampusConnexions can help some non-university individuals or groups (external users) using university facilities or space meet the university's insurance requirements. However, there is no requirement or obligation to obtain insurance through CampusConnexions. Some suppliers are not eligible for CampusConnexions insurance programs.
