January 2023 Cohort Details

Our next cohort will be starting on January 19th at 5:15 p.m. and will be held via Zoom. Please note that access to a scale is a requirement of the program. The tentative schedule is listed below. To enroll in the January cohort, please fill out the intake form and send it to Jessica Bulleri at jbulleri@ucsc.edu using Virtru. Please note that once enrolled in the program, attendance is strongly encouraged for each session.
